Sorry for the poor quality, non descriptive video, here is a brief description of what's happening.

First of all you want to find a 'donor' picture of adequate resolution. The one i used was of a smaller resolution, but it was just for demonstration purposes. You should never have to stretch a part to fit as it will pixelate the part, shrinking parts isn't so bad however as it just compresses it.
The 'donor' parts should be at roughly the same angle as the ones youre using, obviously there is some leeway with the front rims as they can be turned.
You now want to select around the whole rim and the tyre from the donor car. You can use either the lasso tool or the pen tool, the pen tool allows you to create smoother curves allowing better, more precise selections.
Once you have selected the part, you then want to hit 'ctrl + c', this copy's the object. Go to your chop and hit 'ctrl + v' to paste the object.
Now hit 'ctrl + t' to transform the wheel. As we are looking for some negative camber to our rims we want to angle the rim so the face faces upward slightly. Once the rim is in place you should select around the body work and press delete, still on the layer of the rim, this will trim off any parts of the rim that aren't needed. I also trimmed some off the bottom of the tyre so it ran flush with the floor.
Now as our rim is tucked into the bodywork we need to ad some shadow to make it look realistic. Select the dodge tool, with the opacity at around 60-70% and start shading the top of the rims so it has some shadow.
Now to finish off i noticed the tire looked funny under the front bumper, so i made a selection as if it were the shape of the tire and used the brush tool to fill it in.

So there you have it, some nice shiny new rims and some sweet negative camber!
