Like I say I feel like death! Listen to Peace by depeche mode - Peace and Pink - Sober. Dive into music as much as possible. WE can do it! You are my mentor I am sick to f'n death of this crap! U and I have been thru hell and and back with pain. I feel ur pain, but Opioid s are only making it worse. I am proud of you. I want to get off the norcos too! ITs just a nightmare! Plus I have to pay cash too. Insurance will not cover them 189.89 for 240 = 8 per day and that never lasts,.

Hi Shai, I hope your well. Im starting over this weekend, I fell weak and started using again for the past month. I have now been clean since yesrterday morning. I feel so ashamed. I was on day 27. My problem is i have to go to work on monday so I dont know how thats going to work. I wish i could just go to rehab or somthing for a week and sleep. Anyway. I hope your ok. talk to you later.

Shaianne PLEASE BE STRONG. you are half way though it. Im at 5 days after 12-15 norcs a day for two years and it gets better. sleep as much as possiable and keep focused on why you did this.. PLEASE DONT GIVE UP..ITS EITHER NOW OR LATER AND YOUR HALF WAY THROUGH NOW.. yOUR FRIEND DONNY

Donny- i wanted to thank you for your support thru my ordeal...... It meant a lot. How are you doing now? I am doing quite well. I will NEVER go back to how I was...... NEVER. Freedom and dignity is worth all the pain my body can throw at me.....LOL
