You are incredible. I just started playing fretless, and out of the people that aren't Jaco Pastorius, Pino Palladino and my dad, you are my favourite fretless player. Also, I'd like to have sex with your bass.

@robinjonk I love fretless basses! They make playing a lot smoother and more free. Also it's a lot easier to create vibratos. It lets the bass sing more :)

@Decubuntu It's a Wal Fretless Five String. Not really a custom bass. All Wal's are hand built in England and are very costly, they start from £3500. You can choose the spec from a range of woods like Wenge, American Walnut, variouse Maple's etc. 4, 5 and 6 string With or without frets. Superb build quality is standard. I had a Warwick Thumb Bass a few years back, that was awesomely built but these are something else again. I'm going to treat myself to one very soon.

Hows the Wal 5 neck in comparison with the 4 neck? It's not like a big Warwick or Fender 5 neck is it?

@DMBassNVox it's much thinner than a Warwick 5 string neck, but wider than a Fender Jazz.
