@3BricksHigher I know your reply to this is 10 months old. But for any new viewers with the same question;

I have the older Aussie version of the health grill. I cooks very well, good heat, oil drains well, collects fat well.

The only issue is the clean up. The plates are not removable (on mine) that makes clean up troublesome - forget a teriyaki marinade or sweet spicy pork glazes!

My next grill/plate machine would have removable/dishwasher safe plates (if at all possible).
