"Ton of corn" =D 0:11:00 is pretty the start. One cool thing about Pollan is he don't try to throw crazy slants in the mix , or add much if any sensationalism to the info .
He is wisely reluctant to gives an opinion ,instead joyfully laying down some facts.

I'm reading the Omnivore's Dilemma right now for pleasure and for my reserach project on the Organic Food industry. It has been so helpful as a source. His writing is very satirical... it keeps me interested ;P
