That's from 1989, but I first saw it in 2003. During 2003-2004 VH1 (and MTV) actually showed music videos. It may be from 1989 but it reminds my of my early teens in 8th grade. I want my childhood and early teens back!

Well, she does for her age but the young Kylie just looked so sweet and innocent. Of course she looks great now, no doubt. But the way she looks now is in some way more unnatural en back then it was just more natural. Just an opinion, never mind.

allthought this video did cost 80-100 £ approx, it looks so incredibly innocent and cute! just one little tiny special effect and the rest is she and all about her! allthought she´s wearing cheapest stuff ever with tons of hairspray ...she looks just gorgeous...this song is magic! watch TOTP Hand On Your Heart...it´s like an explosion of a youth á 1989!

Kylie is the sort of women you love being in a relationship with but hate it it when you break up and she gets with someone else.
That said she's also someone you do anything you can to keep the relationship fresh and new just to stay with her.
