I wasn't trying to break any speed records to get though this just wanted to show how to solve the game.

So I've played the game, and countless times I bump into some scary business man with a TV as a head in the main subconcious room...so what does that mean?

As far as i can tell he means nothing.

I believe, from the cutscene at the end of the game, that he got into a car crash, on a road near a field, that resulted in a spinal injury, that caused his family much pain and sadness, and the person you play as to go into a coma. I also don't think he is awake yet at the end of the game.
