A plank position is defined by the fact that you have the body (core or torso with legs) in a straight form not by the extension of your arms. You can do a plank with your arms bent or extended. It is actually harder to do the plank with extended arms as your arms may possibly give way quicker than bent arms would.

there are alot of variations with planks....thats why i have several plank videos on here.
just like with any exercise there are multiple ways of doing them...some harder than others...and everyone is different so what may seem harder to some may be easy to others...

man this seems easy for me, do you know some exercises to make me gain back my muscles(my ab is great, but other than that my muscles are gone) i lost weight and i can't get it back even though i work hard to get back in the shape

its hard to say what will work for you...everyone is different.
if you are working out alot you could be doing too much and not getting enough calories...
your best option is to find a good trainer and see if they can give you some personalized advice in person
