@MrAshlandVideos It's not just his addiction that he has to resolve but also his attitude. These sessions are not correcting his own faults. It is not balance in the sense that they don't ask him why he kept goofing off knowing that it would endanger his status in the company. They should ask this because it can again at PJD.

@MrAshlandVideos Giving Mikey his own show is like handing a truck load of booze to an alcoholic. This guy wants something for nothing and all this show is doing is feeding his bloated ego. The reason why he got edged out of OCC is because all he does is goof off rather than do some real work.

Jr thinks he is indispensable, and if he showed respect for the owner/boss, he wouldn't be treated like the king that he thinks he is. Jr is the most disrespect able of the family.

I would never take advantage of my dad like Jr and Mikey does.

Sr hired Jr as the designer, and if he leaves, OCC will continue to be successful.

It all boils down to respect on both sides,, parents sometimes have a hard time with letting go and acknowledging that maybe the newer generation might have something that they can't offer,, also shouldn't let money get in between family I wish the Tutles well as well as all the other guys at the shop,,, Peace my 2 cent's
