if you relax your arm then it wont hurt so much. so dont (emmmm whats that word.. XD) tighten/strain you arm too much or it will hurt more. :D

@mayureshtandel it was my first injection, ever. i will never need a 5ml injection into the muscle so that doesnt matter.

the best advice i have is to do your shot in a place where you're most comfortable with a warm vial of T. after a shower when your muscles are relaxed and maybe with some music on just relaxing would be best. the also have something called "cold spray" which you can buy and spray it on your skin before your shot that numbs it.
