Good point about looking well but being very sick with ME. We do need awareness since CDC & NIH & British government still persecute us and most people believe them. take care

I intend no offense when I say that I do not believe that changing your way of "thinking" will heal you...especially given the fact that there is now a solid link between ME/CFS and a retrovirus. Have you honestly ever known ANY viral process to be cured by positive thinking? I haven't either....

I too was so cold 2 times I turned the heat up and took a shower and still couldnt get warm. My hands/legs were jerky instead of smooth motions as well.
OhSleeperAwake is completely right, I havent done the lightning process but its bases on the hypothalamic-pituitary adrenal dysfunction. Just like Mickel therapy , Gupta therapy, Reverse Therapy, Henry Wrights book A More Excellent Way. I was ready to make life changes mentally/ emotionally and that was the key...

You are very eloquent, and easy to listen to. You said you have needles in your hands and feet, I have needles in my whole body, including in my eyes, in my sinuses, in my mouth, and have had to have a complete hysterectomy. I've been diag'd w/ fibro, and I have done a lot of research and feel that it is not quite the same as what I suffer. I go out w/a friend now and then and it takes me well over five hours to get ready. hot flashes and exhaustion take over. Drs are stumped. Thank you!

Hi MABowers71! I'm SO sorry to hear that you are suffering as well. :( I also get the needle sensations in my eyes, and had a complete hysterectomy the day before I turned 23. I had been dx with endometriosis. Unfortunately, this condition is still not easy to treat, and the diagnosis takes many of us years to get. I wish you the best and hope you are as well as possible.

Hi there. Thanks so much for watching. From what I've learned fibromyalgia does share some common symptoms with CFS/ME, but they are two separate illnesses, although on the cell level are very similar.
