Street Fighter never had much of a storyline, nor was it ever all that serious. However, this movie still comes across like someone just handed a screenwriter the game manual for Super Street Fighter II Turbo and said "Hey, try to make a movie based on this" without letting them play the actual game or get input from Capcom.
