@marieuge Hi ! I would like to say, that Christobal Colon was probably a Pole - means he was a son of a polish king Vladislavus IV the Varnenian and a some spanish or italian women. I`ve heard that version of history,it`s a newest version, but i`m not sure is a true.Some european scientist would like to open his grave and took some DNA and DNA of this polish king and compare it.I read this article in polish Newsweek this year.

@brudin Colombus hate his own king (fernando) because catalans support the son of Pedro I (king of protugal) in Catalan Civil War. Catalans (including Colmbus family) wants a portuguese king in Aragon not a spanish spoken like Juan II (father of Fernando). He talks catalan because Aragon was the empire of the time and castilla stoole the discovery after his death. See the texeira's map and the falgs in america! Moreover: castilla have no ships in 1492. The relation of colmbus with portugal was due to the portuguese support in Catalan Civil War against Fernando I (el católico)
