I remember how I got into heroclix, My dad gave me a dollar at a comic book store, and in a gotcha ball machine I pulled a vet Mandarin, after that, I stuck around to see the game be played and I was instantly interested. I got a ton of them for my brithday that year. Ever since; I've been collecting them and showing my friends the fun of the game.

I'm pretty new to Heroclix (noob alert). I started collecting DC: Hypertime and have now also begun to collect and play with Marvel: Universe figures. Can any of you tell me whether it's okay to mix DC and Marvel in a game? If yes, are *all* Heroclix series playable together? Thanks for any help!

Yes, you can mix universes. All HeroClix figures are compatible. However, they aren't cross compatible with say HorrorClix (but close). On a sad note, Topps has shut down WizKids. The future of HeroClix is uncertain, but it is possible that the line will be sold to another company or even continued by Topps itself.
