So when your daughter gets raped and all you see is a gray van with four men in it leaving, don't bother calling it in unless you get the full license plate number and a detailed description of everyone in the vehicle, even though you only see it for two seconds... It'd be a shame for innocent people to NOT BE HURT and inconvenienced. Stupid cops, trying to catch criminals who commit violent crimes.
