You are gorgeous....you say exactly what I think, yet I've opted for the surgery. I'm not giving myself the choice anymore. I'd rather be healthy and defeated than fat and full of pride and dead. That's just how I'm justifying all this. Hope I don't get on the table and change my mind! lol. Your honesty was brilliant.

You are amazing. I'm glad you decided against the surgery. You can lose the weight yourself. It is a very slow process, but you have the knowledge of the calorie counting. I wonder how much exercise you are doing. This may be the missing link to accelerating your results. You must concentrate on building strength. Not with weights, but with your own bodyweight(calisthenics). You know, like bootcamp classes. Check out my website. It has info on nutrition and training. Keep it up!

btw congrats on the loss this week! you can do this i know you can...just keep it day by day. you're not in a race. i couldn't live with out an indulgence every now and again either. i love to eat too! in the grand scheme of things it's not going to set you back, plus it may empower you too because you know that you can get back into your clean eating routine soon after. did you cut your hair? something looks different.
