Basic EasyCaps (DC60 v2.1A, 2.1B and 2.1C) doesn't have any support for PAL60 or NTSC-433 games, because of poor Philips chipset. But EasyCap DC60+ v3.1B has better chipset (Empia) and it has full support to PAL60 and NTSC-433 and You can play these 60Hz games with full colors. There is some samples in my Youtube pages (features videos).

to record with easycap does the AV cable have to be on the HD Setting?

I cannot change it from PAL 50 to PAL 60..why? I have 2 new games and I cannot play them..please help
