  • Horrible execution of filleting a fish. You wasted the shoulders of the fish!!! And I am quite sure it isn't a record.

  • @IndianaNature ......you seem to be to technical for me!!! Shoulders???? it's a record for being in the garage cleaning a fish on You Tube...haha

  • Dacapos7, are 2 lbs basses good size to eat?

  • @deadlystylez .....sure are !! that's a nice size.....these weren't that large

  • @SuperYellow92 This is the way my Dad fillets a fish..... no, he didn't set any records or claim to be the only way to fillet a fish. There's no need to condemn or laugh at our video.

  • @chrometoyadome ........I am my father's daughter not a fag......please no name calling!

  • I think this was a very informative video demonstrating adequate skills (in fact, the fillets were very well formed) and a good-heartedness I found enjoyable.

  • @howtogetwell Learn how to spell fillet dumbass

  • Thanks Dacapos7, I needed a video that would actually HELP me learn how to clean a bass. When i do it i usually miss a bone or two so i will try your method.

  • so far this is the most informative "how to" video i've seen for filleting a bass and it doesn't even have "how to" in the title lol thanks for the vid!

  • fileting a fish makes for easy eating, and faster cleaning. But, you can get about 25 % more meat if you scrape off the scales, cut off the fins and head, then cook. The skin and some of the fat under the rib cage is also the most nutritious part of which are loss in the filte process.

  • @Dacapos7 Okay, thank you. I weighed them at 2.3 lbs but I released them. I will try to capture them this time.
