I imagine a stationary, micro blimp will be used for impromptu survelance/crowd-control/public-safety at public events in the future. It is much cheaper, safer, and much more quiet than using a helicopter. It can be rigged with night, thermal, and telescopic cabilitity for remote viewing and recording. probably will have AI to monitor for suspicious activity/persons.
