@johnnavillus1 The Akai EWI is an Electronic Wind Instrument. It's a device that either contains an onboard synthesizer or relies on an external synthesizer, sending MIDI information using the cable you see plugged in to the bottom. The tone you're hearing comes from the synth, not a physical/acoustic instrument.

H, I'm just picking up the American native flute and wondering how similar is your flute. I noticed that it seems to be metal, whilst mine is cedar wood. I love the sound you produce on yours. Is it a six hole flute, by the way?
