7/15/2009 Obama endorses Matrixxx. In the Matrix, which pill would you take, the red or the blue?

The question then is not about pills, but what they stand for in these circumstances. The question is asking us whether reality, truth, is worth pursuing. The blue pill will leave us as we are, in a life consisting of habit, of things we believe we know. We are comfortable, we do not need truth to live. The blue pill symbolises commuting to work every day, or brushing your teeth.

The red pill is an unknown quantity. We are told that it can help us to find the truth. We don't know what that truth is, or even that the pill will help us to find it. The red pill symbolises risk, doubt and questioning. In order to answer the question, you can gamble your whole life and world on a reality you have never experienced.

Red or Blue ☠?

Obama knows that unquestioning conforming is less expensive, at least for him and the organizations that he serves. I'm a red pill man myself, and any additional cost incurred by it will be worth it when truth wins out. Like with all things, you get out of something what you put into it, or as Thomas Paine stated, "What we achieve too cheap, we esteem too lightly".

Below is the transcript of Obama ramming Blue Pills down your throat on ABC News:

OBAMA: Well, I think it's a great question, and I think the important thing is to underscore that there is consensus that we spend too much on care that does not improve people's health. And if we start with that, then that means we've got to make some changes.

What I've proposed is that we have a panel of medical experts that are making determinations about what protocols are appropriate for what diseases. There's going to be some disagreement, but if there's broad agreement that, in this situation the blue pill works better than the red pill, and it turns out the blue pills are half as expensive as the red pill, then we want to make sure that doctors and patients have that information available to them.

  • Does anyone know if "Take The Red Pill"

    is printed on any T-shirts?

  • Red (republican) vs. Democrat (Blue) to me, symbolizes his party's stated differences in effectiveness from the republicans. All of his speeches have subliminal messages. And if people listen enough their subconscious believes it to be true. If you tell a lie enough times it can be a form of truth for some. Wake up.
