Bob Casey town hall: opening speech

From Sen. Casey's 9/1/09 Obamacare town hall. Bob Casey held a town hall to discuss health care at the Community College of Allegheny County. The fact that he held it at a very liberal campus at 10:00 AM, a time when most working people (IE, conservatives) wouldn't be able to attend, suggests that he doesn't want to run into too many people but still wanted to be able to claim that he held the town hall.

He showed up half an hour late. This is his opening speech. After some fooling around the with mic, he gives a general overview of the matters to be discussed.
