Southerners are good people...down to earth and gracious...but don't feel you are superior going by the place you are born or your heritage...it doesn't work that way...for anyone. My saying damn yankee is no more offensive than the term redneck rock. Tommy Shaw from Alabama, the South, had a group called Damn Yankees...that's alright but when I do it...it's wrong? Don''t need another Civil War over an honest discussion of terms...especially comments taken the wrong way. Never heard the term redneck rock...first time. Redneck comes from people who labored in the sun in fields...and they have red necks because of that...where did you get the term? Just a question.
