Beverage cooler conversion

The info is out there, but hard to find, so after I found the best i could I decided to make a presentation of it. So here is how to convert a 5 or 10 gallon insulated beverage cooler into a mashtun...

The Listermann's false bottom is nice, I got a SS one for the keg conversion

@CaptRon1953 - It is a "Phil's Phalse Bottom" from Listermann , they make a stainless one as well, the plastic one shown was a gift, but it is pretty inexpensive
