  • If you're a lefty, get the D-handle. It puts the power switch under your trigger finger regardless of which hand you use. The barrel handle puts the power switch on the opposite side from your thumb when you're using it left-handed, meaning you've got to switch hands or let go of it to turn it off.

  • @npodriscoll Excellent point... I'm a lefty at some things (sports mostly), but mostly a righty. I'll try taking that into consideration on future reviews.

  • very good video as always. of all the Festool tools that i own (which is almost everyone) this is the weakest member of the family. thanks Paul...i have learned a great deal from you and you have MADE me buy a couple of tools I would not have purchased!!
