True. I truly IS like having a private lesson. While live classes are so rewarding due to all of the other yoginis sharing, I find often the instruction is underwhelming since I have flowed with Sadie for years now. Also, Sadie is spot on with subtle alignment reminders!! Just adore you girl!!

Hi there, Yoga newbie here, just found your videos two days ago, i was having terrible lower back pain at bedtime, keeping me from sleeping lying on the stomach, to the point i had schedule appointment with chiro...well THANK YOU,pain is gone after doing this video...Getting ready to buy the block

Thank you for the information! One pose that has really helped release my lower back (and pain) after a routine like this, is to do the resting pose (savasana) lying on my STOMACH - i.e. in reverse. Feels yummy, hope this helps!

You're a back-saver, Sadie! :D
Thanks so much, the pain is gone now :)

of course :) and i'll stay tuned... i need to get the blocks, that would have made it much better, i'm sure... can you buy the yoga blocks at walmart? or is it a specific place i have to go to get them, because i could definately use them to better my splits also!!! :D

Your videos are wonderful - your voice and your instructions are clear - it's almost as if I'm having a personal lesson! I was having some back issues yesterday and tried some of the poses - wow! They feel amazing.
I wonder, would you ever consider demonstrating some super gentle poses, like for older people, maybe standing and sitting poses? My mother has been having some balance issues due to complications from medications and I think some light yoga could really help her.

Hi there,
Thanks for the kind and supportive comment! Glad this video helped you. I do feel like I'm giving a private when I film them, thanks for the feedback.
I will certainly do some gentle poses soon, per your request. And she might try my Chair Yoga for Multitaskers videos, and Couch Yoga also...something simple she could do to keep the body moving and flexible. If putting her head down makes her dizzy, though, it might not be good for her to do that inversion. Look for the video soon.
