@nextbarker He's real better than Gene & He is a good host

@nextbarker His execution style was what the producers wanted on this show, which was why Gene Rayburn was gone. However, the producers made the show much chessier, and this caused the demise of the show.

5:03 -- WRONG. It was "Plane Crazy", screened in May 1928; his second short, "The Gallopin' Gaucho", was released in August. "Steamboat Willie" was his *third* short, albeit the one considered his debut by Disney.
(I was quizzed about this a few days ago, hence why I know. "Plane Crazy" and "The Gallopin' Gaucho" were later rereleased with sound.)

The producer of this show, Mr. Kline, had been a director on a certain other show of the same name some 10 years earlier, with Tom Kennedy and later Jack Barry as host. That format worked well, it wasn't poorly executed like this one, why didn't he just lease that format from Enright upon leaving B&E? Gene would've been much more comfortable with that, I'm sure, and they wouldn't have needed to replace him with Farago.

Joe from the GT Xpress 101!! With dark hair!

Game show hosting ain't his thing. He's better off doing infomercials instead.
-
How do you think, Joe Farago did as a game show host?
-
Was this the bank that eventually grew to $50K?

The $2000 Format was taken from the Barry & Enright Game Show BULLSEYE w/Jim Lange which was also directed by Richard S. Kline.
Rene Bond looks cute as ever. Did I say "Bond"? I meant "Levine." She's totally just Rene Levine; not Rene Bond at all. Kids: don't google "Rene Bond".
