@Sparkle8140 Actually, since we posted that video, we have posted one that's more informative. I'm trying to post the link but for some reason, it won't let me. If you look at our channel, you can see a video called 'Difference between R and L' which may help more.

Hi, for an initial /r/ sound, the tongue needs to be inside the mouth, rather back from the teeth. One thing for Asian speakers to notice is the difference between /l/ and /r/. For the /l/ sound, the tongue needs to be high up, touching the palate and behind the top teeth.
