@teckraan Great lyrics. I believe that folks at Paramount would be foolish not to take a serious look at incorporating these lyrics. They do indeed embody the principles of the UFP seen in all the ST productions. Keep up the good work! :)

Hey that was great!!! Kind of sappy.... but, that's pretty much what the Federation is anyway. I half expected there to be a nod to the Prime Directive. Perhaps it's in another verse!

Valid observation about the anthem and then battles. However, keep in mind that though the federation wishes to maintain peaceful relations with all races as well as to avoid war through diplomacy you must still remember that the federation and especially starfleet is NOT a pacifist organization. They like to avoid war but will fight to the last man to defend the federation against any agressors. So far, they have had stellar success with this. Borg, Dominion, Etc defeated and humiliated.

@jkeelsnc I appreciate your comments, but my lyrics never imply pacifism. How else would space-faring sentient beings lend aid, to others who yearn for peace, except by helping them repel aggressors?

@spam1138 Actually, I planned on making a new recording with my wife singing it. Sort of an homage to the soprano that sang the opening theme song in the original.
