Yes we need better people in this front as we have to educate western world about the real situation in Sri Lanka.
We can do a better job in future than what we are doing now but do not foreget the fact that in the past 30 years most of our DPLs were just attending Cocktails instead of taking actions to counter terrorist propaganda aginst SL
Appointment of Dayan J to UN is a good move as he knows not only DPL relatioships but most things no other DPL knows.
Lets correct our DPLs efforts!

We can win the War with LTTE, but we have terribly failed with our Foreign missions. How can we have guys like this in strategic places like Washington? If we continue to appoint this caliber guys to our Foreign missions, 'Actually', Sri Lanka has failed. Strong command of English is needed when we have to convince a country like USA. Now we know why USA is not listening to us and listens only to our enemy.

This guy is an idiot. He doesn't know why the government can not declare a ceasefire at this juncture. He seriously discounts here the victories acheived by brave soldiers. Either he or the government should think appointing a spokesman for the embassy, fi they rfeally want this man to be the ambassador.
