Great video Billy! I have the same guitar! When restringing all the strings, which string should i begin with? Hi E string or low E string? Thanx!
-
Great tip with the capo, I have a Yamaha SA503 TVL and this will definitely helped me restrung it in a easier way.

@300guitars I know I should adjust my technique but I'd rather not. I have the space controller bridge because its better tuning wise with the Bigsby. Thanks for your response, I really appreciate your time and advice.

Thanks that was really helpful. Do the locking tuners on your beautiful twangster really help? And do you ever have any trouble with the strings pinging off the bridge? I went to 13 gauge strings and it still pings off my Bigsby double anniversary.

@tony9L9L I think the locking tuner do help a certain percentage. I can't really say how much though. I never have trouble with strings pining off the bridge however. Maybe I have a lighter touch then some players. I'd say try to deepen the slots on the saddles a little bit and see if that helps. Do you have a tune-o-matic on your guitar or the roller bridge? -Billy

Debs- You can do the swap one string at a time and it will be fine. Or you can take some masking tape and tape the bridge down to the body so you can do all the tuners at once. After the tuners are changed string it up and take off the tape. If you decide to go this route then take the piece of tape and stick it to your clothing first a few times to make it not as sticky. Hope this helps! Rock!!
