A White Tailed Kite demonstrating that it's habitat is precisely where the Heschel West School wishes to build their campus, thus destroying the Kite's hunting ground and the life style and habitat of both humans and creatures alike. We are hoping that Heschel will not be able to manipulate a court of law the way I believe they have manipulated the LA County Board of Supervisors and the despicable Zev Yaroslavsky who has indicated he is going to ram this project up the communitie's a** come hell or high water. Hopefully the courts will be less worried about the "perception" of the Orthodox Jewish community and more concerned with whether Heschel has met the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act and the North Area Plan which would seem to forbid a campus like Heschel's regardless of Yaroslavsky's consistant distortions.
