@IceStoneCold This is true, but don't think your strong just because you can half squat a heavy weight, if you are going to brag about how strong you are talk about your full ROM squat.

@williehrmann agree with you 100% i myself bodybuild i dont compete in strongman or powerlifting but i always go below parallel. most people would agree a squat is not a true squat unless it is at least parallel

@cecilbdemented he'a a bodybuilder not a strongman or strength competitor. Any Bodybuilder you look is not as strong as any of the fat strongmans but 3 times the size... thats normal. Its completely different training phisolophy.
he was doing a deeper squat in his first set. the deep squat is a good all-rounder for your legs, but if you're always going all the way down you can't build as much size in your thighs if they're always being restricted by your glutes etc. so there's nothing wrong with doing the top range (e.g. - as a finisher) to work your thighs to the limit, or the leg press.
