Fun with the YouTube API: How Active are My Subscribers?

As a web developer I often develop applications that interact with all kinds of services on the web (Twitter, Facebook, Google Maps, etc.). Recently I played around with the YouTube API, and along the way I came up with a little application that provides some insights into my subscriber base.
