Due to the so called phase 2 bc , this will mean network rail staff working on the track will be rostored more weekends, more shifts, have to deal with unrealistic workloads set buy retarded managers, so more fatigue, more staff being tired and physically exhausted, which will result in more accidents because network rail and mr steve featherstone want QUANTITY not a quality of a a life for their employees!
