GEADA EM SÃO MATEUS DO SUL - Inverno 2011

No dia 28.06.2011 toda a região de São Mateus do Sul ficou branca por causa do fenõmeno da geada. A mais baixa temperatura, na madrugada, foi registrada em - 4° centígrados, conforme registro da SIX - Unidade local da Petrobrás. As imagens acima fora feitas entre 8 e 9 horas da manhã - mas até as 11 horas ainda havia gelo em locais sombreados. São Mateus do Sul fica no extremo sul do Paraná, junto ao rio Iguaçú e na fronteira de Santa Catarina - vizinhando com os Municipios de Três Barras e Canoinhas, naquele Estado.

On the 28.06.2011 the whole area of São Mateus of the South was white because of the fenõmeno of the snow. The lowest temperature, in the dawn, it was registered in - 4° centigrade, according to registration of SIX - local Unit of Petrobrás. The images above had been made between 8 and 9 hours of the morning - but until 11 o'clock there was still ice in shaded places. They are Mateus of the South is in the south end of Paraná, close to the river Iguaçú and in the border of Santa Catarina - vizinhando with the Municipal districts of Three Barra and Canoinhas, in that State (JJA).
