1)There is no ENGLISH VERSION of this GAME
2) I'm not helping anyone to get this game ;p - if you want it... buy it
3)About Futaba getting married - it's only an option (you can choose to be with other female characters)
4) This is from third Green Green GAME (not anime etc.)
5)There is no (and probably won't be :C) second season of green green anime ( =C )

Few words: in 2nd game you are not playing Yusuuke, but other guy. However in some parts of game you can meet characters from gg1 such as Futaba. Green Green 3 is about 3rd (last) year in Kanenone. In this part you are Yusuuke and in the end of game all characters are separating and choosing their different ways of life (ofc you can choose to stay with futaba etc etc). Of course I only said about main plot because writing about all important actions in game: would take too much place ;]

Oh and btw Hiromi Satou is a singer of my favourite Green Green song: Hello Goodbye - opening from 3rd Green Green game ;]. She also sung much more songs for gg games such as: Love Letter, Aozora, Yume...
