Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 X5: Bythos

Bythos played on the Extreme Difficulty, unlocked when you play through the entire storyline.

This dang GUILT is a beast to take out, no doubt the hardest of the X difficulty missions so far (Though I've tried Sige a few times and it's definately no cakewalk). I have a few tricks that I had used to beat it though:

1.) When it teleports, treat the exterior wounds first, they'll deplete your Vitals as long as they're there, whereas the hemorrige won't unless you wait too long.
2.) Keep that laser on this guy's eye. Damage done seems to go by a lot faster when you do so, and it gives you enough room for a few errors as it continues its frenzy around the patient.
3.) Whether your vitals are low or high, keep damaging this guy. As you can see in the video, I had plenty of time to use the restorative syringe while the shell was opened up. You should be able to go well into the time that the pieces start to jiggle to continue healing.
4.) The blue orbs closest to the core are what you should keep your eyes on while you heal. Keep healing until the gap between the blue orbs is closest, while also keeping an eye out for the yellow and green orbs from the corner of your eye. Then, make a mad dash for the tray.

As always, I apologize for the poor quality. You can't really make out the orbs in this video, and my hand does cover more of the operation than I'd have hoped, but you should be able to get the gist of my battle with Bythos.

Thanks, but I wish I did...Then I could beat X6: Sige. ;.; It's so hard. I can't get a good strategy down on 'im, unlike Bythos.

whew im in bythos and i haven't try it yet but the looks of this im a goner...

He takes patience and the same strategy oer and over. Though I don't show it too well (Based on my mistakes in this video) I actually can take him down with ease now, so follow the above strategy if you can manage to handle that fingerwork.

That is not feasible on the X mission. Vitals will drop so fast that you'll fail unless you are at the final hit and you have relatively high vitals.

Damn... I have heart pains just watching this... WHEN WILL PEOPLE LEARN TO STOP SCARING ME LIKE THIS! I'm getting scared just listening to this!
