4.vision is affected by the forign objects in the googles, with out metal mesh leather glouse.
unsafe condition and unsafe act.
5.not placing ladder on ground. putting ladder on a sliPpery rubber or any sheet, it may allow the ladder to slip,
unsafe condition.
6.unsafe condition. working in heights with metal or antenna while lightning. high possibility to be cought by lightning.even though it may properly earthed.

1. un authorized way to carry the load. ( sharp edge ankor may injure the worker
). un safe act.
2. rose colour scarp may cought into the truck wheel and it tie or crush the operator neck ( because of scarp wearing style ). it may causes to death and workers may cought into the truck if driver lost control on it.
improper clothing.
3. doing electrical work without proper rubber glouse.
w/o proper ppe.
4.no proper machine guarding for sharp cutting wheel.
