If your brother already used his code, you'll have to buy another copy of the game. You can use his discs to download the game, but you won't be able to create an account unless you buy your own copy.

Anyone who is planning to wait till it is free to play well, you'll have to wait a while because it is not going to be free to play anytime soon so I suggest you buy it now because it is a great and strongly recomended game and my view it is one of the best games I have ever played.
