Building on the Blue Phantom PICC, Arterial Line and I.V. Ultrasound Model, this anatomical arm model offers superb 2-D and Doppler flow characteristics. The Blue Phantom Doppler arm model works well with any ultrasound system configured with Doppler ultrasound capability. This training model is excellent for practicing and teaching a variety of Doppler techniques to assess the vascular structures. Users can manually switch between pulsed flow mode and continuous flow mode, allowing users to utilize color Doppler (color flow Doppler), pulsed Doppler, color power Doppler, and continuous wave Doppler.

Composed of Blue Phantom patented simulated human tissue, this realistic and ultra-durable peripheral Doppler ultrasound training model is also excellent for training clinicians in the psychomotor skills associated with ultrasound guided vascular access procedures. Each model offers anatomically correct vascular anatomy of the upper and lower arm, including the brachial artery, brachial vein and basilic vein for PICC insertions, radial artery, ulnar artery, medical cubital vein and cephalic vein for I.V. access and arterial line placement.

Excellent for new users as well as more experienced users who are refining their ultrasound guided vascular access procedural skills. The vessels in this medical training mannequin can be accessed with needles and fluid can be injected into the model to verify needle tip location.
