Yes i know the mustang is a 5.0 but we are also talking about a 20 year old car which is why i say it still amazes me to see a 20 year old car stay with a present day car full of new technology. Are your sure that fox bodys weight under 3000lbs? Probably a notchback but i doubt that a hatchback gt does because i have an 87 and it does not weight under 3000 it weights a little over 3000

Remember that the Mustang is a 5.0L V8 while the Sky Redline is a 2.0L I4 turbo...
Seeing as the Mustang doesn't weigh much (under 3000lbs) and has 225hp and 300ft/lbs it's no wonder the Sky didn't walk it (a little over 3000lbs and 260hp / 260 ft/lbs)

@izai2 GM has an upgrade that keeps that factory warranty and adds a no lift shift but you have to run premuim gas. 290HP and 340TQ...that stang would have seen even more of that SKY's ass.

Well to disappoint you a fox doesn't get 2 mpg it gets between 20 and 25 mpg being and old car. Why do you idiots always have to bring up drifting every time there is a drag racing video being displayed and your car loses even tho it won in this video. There is no need to get upset if the saturn loses since you say its no drag car but in this video they are purposely using it for just that.

because the new cars are designed to be fuel efficient sport cars with perks on the inside... Not a v8 gas guzzler that gets 2 mpg and only purpose is to drag. Tard. Saturn sky isnt a drag car its just saturns first attempt at a fuel efficient luxury sports car. Lol if anything you should have done a drift run against the sky it would have raped the stang.

I have a Sky with the GM turbo upgrade. 290bhp 325ftlbs. Yes, it's insanely fast and I love it. BUT I don't need to go around dissing other cars. Everyone should keep something in mind...there's ALWAYS a faster car than yours. Doesn't matter what freaking brand is on it either. Just love the ride you're in and respect your brother speed demon!! As for people commenting on new cars vs. 20 year old cars...a builder can only build so much speed into ANY stock cars. The speed comes with a price tag.
