  • @wahinesurfergirl That depends on what swede you ask. Generally people from the south of Sweden are better than swedes from the Stockholm region and northern parts in understanding Danish. I've heard swedes from southern Sweden say that they think Danish is easier than Norwegian to understand. However, the general conception among swedes is probably that spoken Norwegian is easier than spoken Danish. Many swedes tend to struggle with the Danish pronunciation before they adjust.
