The FairTax has 22 million dollars and 2 1/2 years of research at the Beacon Hill Institute behind it. It's the most researched piece of legislation in the history of DC.
If you still have any doubt, put "Fair Tax Open Letter" in a search engine and read a letter put together by 80 Economic Profs and Pros including a Nobel Peace Prize Winner in Economics and they all signed it. Check it out. Don't believe the hype.

Jessica, please don'e pay any attention to the spammer. FilmCritic, 12FlyMe, FilmCritic, are all the same single person. Nobody knows why he spends his time bad-mouthing the FairTax. Maybe he's afraid he'll loose his handouts, for some reason. He's learned to work the current system to his advantage, and will fight hard to keep it from being ruined by the FairTax. He's got about 20 aliases.

Jessica need to do her homework on this BS Farce. Fairtax is a fairy tale, it's a crock of crap, and Fairtax leaders know it. No hearing under oath in 13 years -- why? Corporations are against it (yet they would get ALL taxes removed) why? It has no research behind it -- why? It's based on a huge massive NEW taxes -- on all government spending - how is that not frigging insane?
