I have two X chromosomes and I don't have any female reproductive organs either, does that mean? What does that mean? It's November now and the IAAF was supposed to make a ruling in November if Caster can compete as the woman she is.

its sad how the officials knew about it all along. They disgraced not only poor Semenya but their whole country

I think they were in a tough spot. They found out after she won the 800m, but had they withdrawn her, her prior victories would immediately come into question and they would be acknowledging something was wrong. Their best bet (moderately immoral) was to hope it would blow over. They were screwed!

I agree to a great extent janpzh, however, should there not also be an extent to which is more to the female side and which is more to th emale side of herms? They have every right to compete, but surely their tests can reveal which gender side of them is more prominent to qualify them. Even in one case such as this one, she has an advantage with testosterone, but guess what, let it be and see which gender is more prominent in her tests and let it be the answer. More female, so let her win.
