well at the end it appears that it was not Frank's that was dead, though the other too bodies seem quite obvious. this ending season is turning up to be really really exciting and interesting, indye said it the best when Gibb's might be the supreme suspect of it all, but hell this is going to be a desperate week i cant wait til next tuesday!!!!

Anyone seen it yet?... because wow that was an unexpected turn (and the most irritating part is that, if you think about it, it was the most logical person to die. Macy was Gibbs' prosecutor back in the nineties and lost the case. Onpurpose I believe, but still... With all this evidence and Macy winding up dead, Gibbs is the most logical suspect)

I have a theory that the "respected colleague" that gets killed is NCIS Special Agent Cassie Yates (Tamara Taylor) - she was in SWAK and the one where Ziva kills the drug dealers brother. I think the bodies on the beach that Gibbs finds are Mike Franks, his daughter in law, and granddaughter. The scene is obviously in Mexico so who else could it be?

I don't think anyone will die. Maybe someone gets hurt in a life-threathing way. If that happens I think it's Tony or McGee. It is also possible that Franks is going to die, but in that way someonde is dying.
The fact that someone gets hurt is unavoidable, but is maybe shows us some prospect in the emotions of the characters.

Mark Harmon says he has no plans to leave the show. He also says his as going to sign back on. But what are they doing to Gibbs?

it looked like 2 bodies on the beach..... I'm thinking Mike Franks and his daughter-in-law.....and where's the baby???? Isn't Gibbs the godfather......interesting if he has to rescue the baby and then raise her....:D

just watching the promo - its the first time i have noticed gibbs is crying when he shoots Pedro Hernadez - why is abby being such a pain - what did she think gibbs would do to the man who killed his wife and child!! he didn't kill PH in cold blood - he was a drug dealing murderer!!!
