@siruba66 The song is an Israeli classic called "Yerushalayim Shel Zahav", about the city of Jerusalem... the lyrics you either like or don't like, but the beauty of the melody, especially that of the verses, is something not many can deny. I suggest you check out the versions by Ofra Haza and Shuly Nathan... the song has seen countless imaginings, but those two are perhaps the most popular.
PLEASE let me know what you think!! I think your marvelous voice can do the melody plenty of justice. :)

I have sung in other languages rpvee, but its not what I am focusing on at the moment... maybe later on. But thanks for the great comments - much appreciated :)
