As part of my crossfit routine and 10k run, I like to finish off with these 45" platform Jumps. I do atleast 100 of these before I consider the workout done. Weight:155lbs. @5'9". I am also wearing 10lbs ankle weights.... I do these at the end of my workout to see how much juice I have left. These are perfomed at a local church. I have many other routines I do here as well.
