this is my 72 twin with a tone bone trimode. the amp uses 5881 power tubes and the strat has a hot rails. i just wanted to show that a twin is a good metal amp with a good pedal. also a ds1 distortion will do ok but not as good as the trimode. this is just my opinion. sorry about the crummy guitar playing. it was just a spur of the moment thing. also the amp has an aftermarket blackface panel. it was originally a silverface amp. and it has vintage 30 speakers in it.

  • @UKToneKing The pedal has two channels that have their own level controll each. But the harmonics and output you are hearing is from a cranked twin. The tonebone is a VERY good pedal but it requires a very good amp behind it. And when I say very good amp I dont mean the most expensive one you can find.

  • dose the tone bone adapter lower the volum also ?
