TVR, means "Tonic Vibration Relfex". Whole Body Vibration training(WBV) is, that subject stands on a platform or plate that produces sinusoidal oscillations, or that rotates about a center fulcrum producing up and down vertical motion on alternating sides of the fulcrum, applied to either muscle tendons, or skeletal muscle indirectly to increases muscle activity and subsequently enhances muscle performance in both acute and chronic conditions for training purpose and sports performance enhancement.
